THE COMPANY
Our Client is in Automotive industry with a strong presence in APAC and Singapore. They are looking for a Regional Technical Support Manager – Aftermarket (Based in Singapore) to join their team in Singapore, reporting to Head of Department.

THE ROLE

The Regional Technical Support Manager – Aftermarket is responsible for:

Track, manage, and resolve all product quality and technical problems, and work with the headquarters when extra help is needed.
Lead the support process for technical problems, provide training for importer networks, and create solutions for local market issues.
Manage investigations for any vehicle fire or accident cases and ensure detailed reporting and root cause analysis.
Work closely with global teams to solve retrofit issues, update technical documents, and organize product quality and warranty meetings.

Requirements:

5–8 years in the automotive aftermarket industry, ideally with experience in multinational companies across Oceania and Asia.
Good understanding of trucks, including electrical, mechanical, quality, and warranty processes.
Strong problem-solving mindset, able to find cost-effective and creative solutions, and manage many different issues at once.
