Customer Service Officer (Call Centre) - 5 Days

Benefits and basic information:

• Basic Salary up to $3800 (Based on experience)
• AWS + VB + Other Good Benefits
• 5 days 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Central Area

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer support via calls, email, live chat, and occasional walk-ins
• Handle inbound calls as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries
• Assist customers across multiple channels, including in-person, email, and live chat
• Manage escalations, complaints, and customer feedback professionally
• Perform night desk duties on a rotational basis
• Support Hong Kong desk operations during selected public holidays (rotational)
• Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
• Recommend improvements to streamline operations and increase team productivity
• Perform other ad-hoc and general duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Applicant with call center experience will have an added advantage.
