Property Operations Executive | Up to $5700 | Full-Time

• West / Southwest Singapore
• Salary: Up to $5,700/month
• Monday – Friday | Office Hours

• Support daily operations and management of business park and commercial properties
• Coordinate maintenance works, upgrading projects, and rectification activities with contractors and vendors
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are maintained
• Attend to tenants’ feedback, enquiries, and operational matters in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor service providers’ performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and operational requirements
• Support budgeting, invoice processing, and tracking of operational expenditures
• Assist in implementing operational improvement and sustainability initiatives
• Prepare operational reports, documentation, and updates for management review

• Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in property, facilities, or estate management
• Good understanding of building operations and maintenance coordination
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently and manage multiple operational matters effectively
• Experience managing commercial or business park properties will be advantageous
