Property Operations Executive
- West / Southwest Singapore
- Salary: Up to $5,700/month
- Monday – Friday | Office Hours
- Support daily operations and management of business park and commercial properties
- Coordinate maintenance works, upgrading projects, and rectification activities with contractors and vendors
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are maintained
- Attend to tenants’ feedback, enquiries, and operational matters in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor service providers’ performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and operational requirements
- Support budgeting, invoice processing, and tracking of operational expenditures
- Assist in implementing operational improvement and sustainability initiatives
- Prepare operational reports, documentation, and updates for management review
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in property, facilities, or estate management
- Good understanding of building operations and maintenance coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently and manage multiple operational matters effectively
- Experience managing commercial or business park properties will be advantageous
