Job Responsibilities:

  1. Event Planning & Management
  • Assist in developing detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate ticket sales processes and manage event space bookings
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote events and maximize attendance
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports
  • Organize logistics for community events, including venue arrangements, catering, and materials
  • Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to support event execution
  • Ensure events align with community engagement objectives
  1. Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Engage with industry partners, sponsors, and vendors to explore collaboration opportunities
  • Maintain regular communication to nurture partnerships and secure sponsorships
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings and follow up on action items
  • Support contract negotiations and partnership agreements
  1. Retail Leasing & Tenant Relations
  • Support retail leasing activities and handle tenant communications
  • Coordinate maintenance and facility-related requests with vendors
  • Monitor tenant compliance with lease agreements and company policies
  • Assist in resolving tenant issues promptly and prepare related reports
  • Monitor and facilitate valuation of rentable spaces

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in commercial sales, partnership development, contract management, or property management, preferably within the entertainment, sports, retail, or community engagement sectors
  • Proven ability to support commercial growth and community engagement initiatives effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant business tools such as AI tools, CRM tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
