Our client is seeking a Student Recruitment & Marketing Executive to join their team!

About Our Client

Our client is a respected private education institution in Singapore.

• Promote programs: Actively showcase the institution's offerings to potential students and parents through various events and platforms.
• Manage leads: Nurture and convert prospects using CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-ups to boost applications and enrollments.
• Represent at events: Be the face of the institution at education fairs, open houses, and outreach activities.
• Build relationships: Conduct school visits and establish connections with local counselors and key stakeholders.
• Support admissions: Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students.
• Drive digital engagement: Develop and execute social media campaigns across popular platforms to increase awareness and lead generation.
• Create compelling content: Produce engaging videos, testimonials, and live streams that resonate with student interests and align with the brand voice.
• Optimize campaigns: Monitor analytics and refine digital strategies based on performance metrics.
• Develop local strategies: Assist in creating marketing initiatives tailored to Singapore's unique student demographic.
• Collaborate with central team: Work closely with the main marketing department to ensure consistent messaging and campaign objectives.
• Enhance student journey: Provide valuable input on improving marketing touchpoints from initial awareness to final enrollment.

• Educational background: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Experience level: Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply; 1-2 years of relevant experience is beneficial but not required.
• Passion for education: Strong interest and aptitude in student recruitment and higher education.
• Digital savvy: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Content creation skills: Basic graphic design and video editing abilities using tools like Canva or CapCut are advantageous.
