Student Recruitment & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

Proactively promote the institution's programmes to prospective students and parents through physical and virtual events, school visits, and info sessions.
Manage and nurture a pipeline of local leads using CRM systems; follow up promptly to convert leads into applications and enrolments.
Represent the institution at education fairs, open houses, and outreach events.
Conduct regular school visits and establish relationships with local school counsellors and key stakeholders
Support the admissions process and collaborate closely with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Create engaging and relevant content (videos, testimonials, live streams, reels) to drive awareness, engagement, aligns with EAIM's brand voice and student interests and lead generation
Monitor analytics and optimize digital campaigns based on performance metrics.
Assist in the development of localized marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to Singapore's student demographic.
Work with the central marketing team to align messaging and campaign goals.
Provide feedback and suggestions on improving the student journey and marketing touchpoints from awareness to enrolment

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related field.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships may apply; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong interest and aptitude in student recruitment and higher education.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts).
Content creation skills (basic graphic design/video editing using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools) are an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-driven and able to meet monthly enrolment targets.
Knowledge of Singapore's education landscape is a strong plus.
