Position: ? Front Desk Officer (Sales Department)
  • Working Days: 5-day work week (includes weekends)
  • Off Days: 2 days per week (rotating schedule)

⏰ Working Hours: Mon – Sat: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (May Differ)

Sun / PH: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM (May Differ)
(Replacement off given for Public Holidays worked)
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and handle general enquiries
  • Greet, check-in, and assist customers upon arrival
  • Manage Sales Executive queue/turn system
  • Ensure showroom cleanliness and display car condition (interior & exterior)
  • Provide refreshments and ensure positive customer experience
  • Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties
  • Job Requirements
  • Prior experience as receptionist or customer service/front desk role
  • Customer-oriented with strong service attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and people-focused personality
  • Basic MS Office and data entry skills
  • Able to work weekends and Public Holidays
  • Willing to work at different locations when required
