⏰ Working Hours: Mon – Sat: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (May Differ)
Sun / PH: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM (May Differ)(Replacement off given for Public Holidays worked)
- Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and handle general enquiries
- Greet, check-in, and assist customers upon arrival
- Manage Sales Executive queue/turn system
- Ensure showroom cleanliness and display car condition (interior & exterior)
- Provide refreshments and ensure positive customer experience
- Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties
- Job Requirements
- Prior experience as receptionist or customer service/front desk role
- Customer-oriented with strong service attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and people-focused personality
- Basic MS Office and data entry skills
- Able to work weekends and Public Holidays
- Willing to work at different locations when required
