A reputable real estate developer in Singapore is looking for a Design Development Manager to lead a warehouse development project. The company is known for delivering high-quality industrial spaces and offers a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.

• Oversee the full design and construction lifecycle, from project inception to close-out, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead design development and coordination meetings, manage consultant teams, and ensure all design submissions meet regulatory and tender requirements.
• Implement value-engineering strategies, support contractor selection, and resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Facilitate project handover, compile lessons learned, and support documentation and quality standards throughout the project.

• You will have a degree in Civil & Structural, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in real estate development and construction, ideally with consulting/architecural exposure.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, and fluency in English; Mandarin communication skills will be an advantage.
