ALUXE is the No.1 Wedding Ring Brand from Taiwan. Currently, ALUXE operates 11 stores in Taiwan, 2 store in Hong Kong, and 4 stores in Singapore. In 2023, ALUXE opened its first flagship store in ION. In 2024, ALUXE expanded its physical presence to JEM, and its Tampines branch in May 2024.

ALUXE will continue on its path to expansion with the aim of establishing 40 stores globally by 2025.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and a memorable shopping experience for couples preparing for their most important day. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and upholding our brand’s commitment to excellence in fine wedding jewellery.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth, customer-centric environment

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets

Provide expert advice and heartfelt service to customers shopping for engagement rings, wedding bands, and bridal jewellery

Build long-term relationships with customers through personalized service and follow-up

Ensure the store's visual merchandising and product displays align with brand standards

Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with HQ for replenishment

Handle customer enquiries and resolve feedback professionally and promptly

Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, grooming, and operational excellence

Ensure full compliance with SOPs and retail best practices

Communicate effectively with HQ in Taiwan and other relevant teams

Requirements:

Proven retail management experience, preferably in luxury, fine jewellery, or bridal-related retail

Passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences, especially for wedding and milestone occasions

Sales-driven, with a strong customer-first mindset and attention to detail

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills

Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise effectively with HQ in Taiwan)

Strong computer literacy and familiarity with retail systems

Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
