Regional Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary financial advisor to the General Manager and sales team, driving disciplined decision-making and actively contributing to market strategy, pricing, profitability analysis, and new market entry assessments to ensure alignment between financial and business objectives.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, provide forward-looking insights, and ensure finance is involved early in key business decisions.
• Establish and optimize financial processes, reporting, and analytical systems to support complex distributor and indirect sales channels, creating a strong financial foundation for scalable growth.
• Coordinate financial reporting, reconciliation, and communication between China headquarters and regional markets to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Oversee financial controls across the APAC/SEA region, ensuring full compliance and the integrity of financial data.
• Build and lead a high-performing regional finance team to support long-term business success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong background in commercial finance, business partnering, and regional operations.
• Proven experience supporting sales teams and senior leadership, with the ability to influence strategic decisions through financial insights.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements across APAC/SEA markets.
