Job Scope:

• Achieve retail sales targets by effectively managing the retail sales channel.
• Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and enhance the company’s market presence.
• Conduct sales training sessions for dealer sales teams, covering company processes, daily operations, and customer management.
• Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the dealer network to delegate tasks to sales and marketing executives.
• Handle administrative tasks, tracking individual and team sales performance.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Accounts, Logistics, Operations, and HR to ensure tasks are completed successfully.
• Prepare monthly sales, collection reports, and yearly budget plans.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, contributing to management’s strategic planning.
• Maintain motivation and work closely with the sales team to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Occasionally travel for regional sales and product meetings.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Retail Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in kitchen appliances, with exposure to both traditional and modern trade or project sales.
• Experience in leading a sales team, driving sales from planning to closing, and consistently achieving or surpassing targets.
