About the role
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented accounting professional looking to join a rapidly growing jewellery business? As an Account Executive at YONG FU JEWELRY PTE. LTD.', you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and managing the accounting functions of this dynamic company.Based in the Lavender Central Region, this full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the continued success of the business.
What you'll be doing- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Provide support to the finance team in the completion of monthly and annual accounting and reporting tasks
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties, such as auditors and tax authorities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within the retail or jewellery industry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping
- Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
