Import Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end airfreight forwarding operations for import and export shipments
- Coordinate bookings, documentation, customs clearance, billing, and shipment closure
- Liaise with customers, airlines, ground handlers, truckers, and customs authorities
- Monitor shipment progress and ensure SLA and regulatory compliance
- Resolve shipment issues, delays, and documentation discrepancies
- Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports
Requirements:
- Only Singaporean may apply
- Familiar with CargoWise system
