Customer Service Executive (Airport Backend Role)

Job Description
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Location: Based in Changi Airport Office
- Salary: Basic up to $3200 (Subject to experience)
- AWS + VB
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, compliments and complaints via email and online platforms
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Follow up and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with internal departments to achieve customer satisfaction
- Support customers across online and offline touchpoints
- Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations for service improvement
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Pleasant, friendly and confident personality to represent the company's brand image
- Strong communication skills to manage customer expectations and handle complaints professionally
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers for enquiries and service recovery follow-ups
