Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Customer Service Executive supports the operations and administration of an early childhood education centre. You will be the primary point of contact for parents, visitors, and internal staff, managing enrolment, fee collection, and day-to-day centre operations while maintaining high standards of safety, security, and administrative organisation.

• Increase enrolment through engagement of customers
• Handle and ensure smooth fee collection
• Answer all calls in a courteous manner, route calls, take messages and provide information to customers
• Greet all visitors and ensure that all security procedures are upheld
• Prepare and submit reports
• Ensure safety and health of children at all times
• Maintain a good administrative system for the centre, ensure all data, records and reports are updated and compiled timely
• Responsible for registration and maintaining the waiting list as well as assisting in the daily operations of the Centre
• Coordinate and distribute Centre correspondence
• Maintain appearance of reception and office and common areas
• Update and maintain centre files in an orderly manner in accordance with regulations and guidelines
• Coordinate and ensure office equipment is in working order
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Handle claims for petty cash accounts
• Interface with parents on enrolment matters, school fee collections and operation enquiries
• Maintain positive relationships with parents, children and co-workers
• Attend training workshops, conferences in order to maintain and improve professional competence
