Business Development Manager (Rotating Equipment/Pumps) LXY - Bukit Merah

Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the Business Development Manager position.

Responsibilities:

• Research, identify and develop plans to grow into new markets, clients, and revenue opportunities within and beyond the pump after-sales service space.
• Analyze business performance and develop new business models focused on driving growth and transformation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer pain points.
• Lead strategic partnerships with OEMs, solution providers, or industrial clients to create new value-added service offerings.
• Work closely with the management team to reshape the go-to-market strategy and align offerings with customer needs in a shifting market.
• Prepare detailed business cases for new initiatives and present them to senior management for investment and execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated success in creating and launching new business initiatives preferred, ideally within pump/rotating equipment industry, or the industrial services.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Intrapreneurial mindset with resilience, creativity, and drive.
