Job Description

Job Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.

Must have minimum 3 years of Experience in Technical Support / 24X7 Service Desk

Must have experience in supporting Computer Hardware, OS, Software Applications in both Windows & Mac Environments

Experience in ITSM Ticketing Tools like ServiceNow, etc.

Experience in supporting users over the phone, onsite, or remotely using TeamViewer

Good to have certification in ITIL v3 or above

Good to have knowledge of user access management processes/tools like SailPoint/Okta

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
