About the company

Our client is an established MNC with over 30 years of experience who is a market leader within their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring an experienced SAP Basis Consultant / Engineer to join their team.

About the job

Manage end-to-end IT service operations by identifying, logging, and resolving technical incidents to minimize business downtime.

Provide Level 2 technical support for onsite users, diagnosing and troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues.

Maintain regional infrastructure through documentation, hardware inventory management, and software license compliance.

Administer global desktop tools including endpoint security, remote management, email security, and mobile device provisioning.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 2 years of experience in IT Support. Proven track record in IT service delivery in a ticketing environment within ITIL frameworks will be highly preferred.

Exposure to IT Infrastructure will be of added advantage.
