We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive cum HR Assistant to support our administrative operations and assist with human resource functions. This role is key in ensuring smooth day-to-day office management and providing HR support in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors/service providers.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier services.
  • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems.
  • Support travel arrangements and meeting room bookings.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Manage petty cash and handle basic invoice processing.

HR Support Duties:

  • Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Prepare onboarding documents and facilitate new hire orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
  • Track staff attendance, leave applications, and medical claims.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonus, leaves).
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and updated when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in admin and/or HR support roles (1–3 years preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
