Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of store assistants/storekeepers to achieve departmental goals and KPIs
Ensure 100% inventory accuracy at all times
Ensure compliance with HSE rules and regulations across warehouse operations
Conduct and chair regular toolbox meetings with the operations team
Manage staff matters, including discipline and performance issues
Issue warning letters when required
Review and approve or reject staff leave applications

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, or other related warehouse applications
Proven leadership and people management skills
Strong planning and organizational abilities
Effective manpower and resource management skills

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
Certificate or Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
Experience in managing a team of 10 or more staff

Working hours (Fixed Shift)
Morning shift: 8.00am to 5.45pm
Afternoon shift: 1.45pm - 11.30pm (shift allowance $10 per shift per day)

Night shift: 11.00pm - 8.45am (shift allowance $15 per shift per day)

Work Days (Mon - Fri) OR (Thu - Mon), FIXED

Working Location: Changi South(Co. tpt @ AMK, Woodlands, Pasir Ris and Seng Kang)
