Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of store assistants/storekeepers to achieve departmental goals and KPIs
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy at all times
- Ensure compliance with HSE rules and regulations across warehouse operations
- Conduct and chair regular toolbox meetings with the operations team
- Manage staff matters, including discipline and performance issues
- Issue warning letters when required
- Review and approve or reject staff leave applications
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, or other related warehouse applications
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Effective manpower and resource management skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Certificate or Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
- Proven experience managing a team of 10 or more staff
