As a Executive, Human Resources - Education Services, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide HR support to the assigned business unit, partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, and manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including confirmation, transfers, redesignation, renewals, and re-employment.
• Oversee work pass applications, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Support line managers in handling employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance.
• Maintain accurate HR data, reports, and documentation in HRIS.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support cross-functional projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline; HR-related qualifications will be an advantage.
• At least 3 years of HR experience.
