Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team as a Manager in Human Resources & Corporate Affairs, where you will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategies and corporate compliance initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR functions, including employment contract updates, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Verify the authenticity of employee data and maintain data integrity within the HR system.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, onboarding processes, and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure fairness and competitiveness in compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Foster a culture of engagement through effective communication and employee relations initiatives.
  • Manage payroll processing with accuracy and compliance, ensuring timely salary disbursement.
  • Handle annual employment income submissions to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
  • Manage work pass applications and renewals with regulatory authorities.
  • Serve as the primary point for corporate communications, including media inquiries and public relations.
  • Develop and execute corporate social responsibility initiatives to enhance brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as secretariat for board meetings, managing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all board-related documentation and communications.
  • Oversee administrative operations including call management, correspondence, and vendor relationships.
  • Member of the Safety Committee, liaising on workplace safety matters.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in TimeSoft HRMS and Microsoft PowerPoint / Excel.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
  • Familiarity with corporate standards and practices is a plus.
  • IHRP Certification is an advantage.
