What’s on the menu for your next career move? As our new Director of Catering & Events, you’ll be the key link between our clients and our operations teams—creating seamless, impactful events from first enquiry to final invoice

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Lead the Catering & Events team to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate, government, and travel industry clients.
  • Oversee all aspects of event planning, including space allocation, pricing, and coordination with F&B teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to achieve hotel budget and forecast targets.
  • Ensure all meetings reflect our Crowne Plaza brand standards and guest promise.

What We need from you:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Catering & Events or Sales leadership roles, ideally in a upscale hotel.
  • Proven track record in managing a high-performing team and achieving event revenue targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
