We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our Singapore team and will report to the Customer Service Manager. He / She will play an instrumental role in ensuring timely and reliable deliveries while providing outstanding customer support.
Responsibilities- Manage key customers account on their requirements
- Assist to provide shipments reports as and when required . Tracking of shipments from pick up to delivery and updating customers on the status of the shipment on timely basis
- Possess intimate knowledge of customer needs and ability to provide solutions
- Adhere to Customer Service Policies and Procedures to maximize the customers’ satisfaction in every transaction
- Attend to customers’ queries via email , service desks , phone calls and visitations when required
- Shipment pick up arrangement and coordination, quoting of rates, etc
- Manage daily customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Interact regularly with customers to understand and respond to their needs and get feedback on the service provided
- Cover front desk administrator as and when required and any absences from the team
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer and office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with courier industry regulations and shipping documentation is an added advantage.
- 5.5 days; 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday) & 9am – 1pm (Saturday)
