Customer Service Executive - Logistic [ Import / Export ]

Basic Salary: $3500 - $4000

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and serve as the main point of contact for air and sea import/export operations
• Manage order processing, shipment documentation, and tracking of delivery status
• Resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely coordination with internal teams
• Coordinate with overseas agents, customers, suppliers, and operations teams
• Monitor shipments to ensure smooth import/export flow and on-time delivery
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and support receivables management
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver high-quality service support
• Perform ad-hoc duties related to logistics and customer service operations

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in customer service for air/sea freight or logistics industry
• Knowledge of import/export operations and shipment documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
