Indoor Sales & Customer Service Executive

About the role

This full-time position will involve managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries, provide timely and effective solutions
• Process customer bookings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics and shipments
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
• Provide administrative support to the wider team as required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer queries and concerns
• Proficient in data entry, record-keeping and the use of relevant software and systems
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
• Familiarity with freight forwarding processes and industry regulations would be an advantage
