Customer Service Officer (4PL, West) - Toa Payoh

Process customer orders and monitor shipment status.

Coordinate shipments with forwarders and truckers.
Prepare and manage shipping documents, including shipment declarations.
Perform customer invoicing and generate shipment reports.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in customs clearance, import/export regulations, and trade documentation.
Proficient in SAP, WMS and Microsoft Office Applications.
Comfortable to work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse.
