As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CHRO will be responsible for building and driving a people strategy that supports organizational growth, enhances their culture of innovation, and ensures they continue to attract, develop, and retain top talent across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the global people strategy aligned with business goals and growth trajectory.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on all HR matters including workforce planning, culture, organizational development, and leadership succession.
- Act as a cultural steward, championing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
- Drive talent acquisition strategies for high-performing and specialized roles across regions.
- Lead executive development, succession planning, and career pathing frameworks.
- Design and implement robust learning and development programs to upskill talent across all levels.
- Oversee the design and administration of global compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to remain competitive and equitable.
- Ensure HR processes, technology, and systems (HRIS, performance, engagement) are scalable and efficient.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and global employment standards.
- Lead change management strategies in support of digital transformation, post-M&A integration, or business restructuring.
- Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement across all teams and locations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred).
- At least 15+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or global HR leadership role.
- Strong background in the medical devices, life sciences, or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in building high-performing HR teams and driving strategic transformation.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices across talent, rewards, compliance, and culture.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across a matrixed, multicultural environment.
