Payroll:
- Proven experience in Payroll processing with a minimum headcount of 300 employees
Recruitment and On-boarding:
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen applications and coordinate interview schedules.
- Organize orientation sessions and assist with setting up accounts and access.
Personnel File Management:
- Create and maintain accurate, confidential personnel files
- Ensure all documentation, and evaluations, is up-to-date and stored securely.
- Regularly review files for compliance with institution policies and regulations.
- Maintain and update a database of lecturers and programs.
Collaboration with Academic Disciplines:
- Work with relevant disciplines to register new programs
- Coordinate the approval process for modules, ensuring timely completion.
Training and Event Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate continuous professional development activities
- Attend regular departmental and interdepartmental meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist in planning and organizing events such as workshops, seminars, and training sessions, managing logistics including venue booking and equipment setup.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Business Administration).
- Experience in payroll processing
- Experience in recruitment, administrative support, or a related role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
