HR Payroll & Admin Executive | Up to 5.5k - Geylang
- Manage monthly End-of-Month (EOM) payroll projections (scheduled & ad hoc)
- Prepare EOM forecast reports and compute quarterly EOM rates
- Maintain master tracking files
- Coordinate submission and processing of manpower change request forms
- Update allocation records for new hires
- Summarize manpower changes for reporting to relevant stakeholders
- Review and verify procurement requests (PRs) for budget alignment, fund eligibility, and policy compliance
- Monitor procurement transactions through ePRS and SAP systems
- Ensure timely posting of goods receipt (GR), and coordinate item collection and IT setup where required
- Manage staff travel requests, ensuring adherence to travel policies and budget constraints
- Review monthly aging reports and follow up with IDM on overdue invoices
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field
- At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in payroll, HR operations, or budget control
- Familiarity with SAP, ePRS, or similar ERP systems is preferred
