Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Specialist to lead the development and growth of our Integrated Utility Management Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of utility management, energy efficiency, and digital solutions tailored for water and electricity services.This role will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with market needs and company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to drive product success.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points.
- Define and prioritize product features based on business impact and customer feedback.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and product positioning.
- Lead product development cycles, including agile development, prototyping, and testing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices in utility management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in product management, utility management, or energy solutions.
- Strong understanding of smart metering, energy analytics, and utility billing systems.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, IoT, or AI-driven solutions in the utility sector is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
