Your responsibilities will include conducting market and technical product research while building strong client relationships.

• Administer the sales process including customer service, product demos, present proposals and closing of sales and follow up for a specific brand.
• Assist in technical product research and involved in the review process with the design team.
• In-charge of day-to-day operations and activities which includes administering everything related to said brand e.g. sales, procurement, aftersales and arranging for delivery.
• Conducting market research, analysing customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and future development.
• Overseeing sales forecasting, planning and executing promotional events and overseeing social media marketing.
• Liaise with other staff involved in the sales of the product ‘USM’ across related channels.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company.

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Business or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Product knowledge and the ability to present technical information in a clear and cohesive manner.
• Prior experience in B2C sales and Interior Design is preferred.
