Product Specialist cum Management Trainee - Geylang
- Product Specialization
Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s integrated security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarm systems, command software).
Support the transformation of traditional security solutions into SaaS-based and AI-driven offerings, helping to modernize deployment and service delivery models.
Contribute to the development and application of new product features involving Generative AI, AI agents, and LLM (Large Language Model) technologies to enable smart operations and automation.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to validate use cases, perform functional testing, and fine-tune AI-driven workflows for customer-facing scenarios.
Apply Python programming and relevant AI/ML frameworks to support prototyping, integration, and solution customization efforts.- Sales & Pre-Sales Support
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Assist in preparing technical presentations, quotations, and tender submissions.
Participate in product demonstrations and pre-sales consultations with customers.- Project & Site Engineering Support
Participate in the deployment and setup of security systems at customer sites.
Assist project managers in system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Gain hands-on experience in on-site coordination and project lifecycle management.- After-Sales & Technical Support
Provide technical support and issue resolution for deployed systems.
Interface with clients to capture feedback and improvement opportunities.
Work with internal teams to support firmware, software, or system updates as required.- Rotational Training & Development
Undergo structured rotation across key departments including Product, Sales, Engineering, and Support.
Participate in mentorship and on-the-job training to build domain expertise and leadership potential.
Deliver reports and presentations at key milestones during the rotation period.
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical discipline.
Strong adaptability and problem-solving mindset; comfortable working in both technical and client-facing roles.
Familiarity with Python programming and interest or experience in AI/ML and SaaS platform development is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and learning agility.
Willingness to work in both office and field settings for rotation and training.
