Role

Functional Business Analyst - TAP

Key Responsibilities

Conduct PLW sessions, gather requirements, and document gaps
Prepare high-level and functional specifications (HLSDs, FSDs), and Agile user stories
Act as liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
Drive Private Banking implementations and ensure alignment across TTI, T24, TDS, TDH systems

Required Skills

More than 12 years' experience in TAP as functional consultant and business analyst
Private Banking: Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products
Banking Products: Payments, Loans, FX, Deposits
Deep knowledge of TAP modules: Order Lifecycle, Portfolio/Performance Analysis, Strategies, Statements, Reports
Business Analysis (CBAP/Agile certifications preferred)
Workshop facilitation, stakeholder communication, and negotiation
Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and business audiences
Analytical and conceptual thinking, root cause analysis

Qualifications

JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office
Exposure to Cloud, API, AI/ML technologies is an added advantage

Proactive, adaptable, and highly organized
Strong influencing skills across technical and business teams
Self-driven with a consultative approach

Additional Information

At least 12 years of experience in TAP
6-12 month contract in Singapore
