Position Summary:
We are expanding our Consulting Practice in Singapore and looking for seasoned Business Analyst specialised in the banking and finance domain. You would be bringing extensive expertise of automating manual processes, diagnosing existing inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions based on specified needs.The ideal candidate must also have expertise delivering AML and KYC projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting/advisory services and support our customers in the BFS industry in solving and addressing their most important digital transformation challenges.
- Pro-actively guide and work on the entire cycle of a project from acquisition, scoping, planning, design & development of solutions.
- Lead client conversations with a clear point of view and turn them into solutions.
- Effective proposal writing and client presentations.
- Possess good customer relationships and ability to build new customer relationship.
- You take responsibility for your team and build it up successfully.
- Accountable for overall project business requirements elicitation
- Driving business discussions and managing the project scope
- Senior stakeholder management and leadership updates
- Support the project delivery phases especially during requirement gathering, solutioning and test phases.
Key Requirements:
- Must have 7-12 years of experience in Banking industry.
- Experience as a business analyst in leading banks or consulting firms and delivered projects, programs of large scale.
- Must have good communication skills and the capability to drive senior stakeholders with minimal supervision.
- Must have experience in AML, KYC, compliance domain.
- Experience in AI/ML and workflow applications is good to have.
- Bachelor's degree in science/technology/engineering. MBA is preferred.
