Events Coordination Executive - Toa Payoh

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel venue sourcing/RFP, negotiation and contracting.
  • Co-ordinate with team member on website development & attendee registration.
  • Manage budget/billing/cost savings, program logistics, vendors and provide value-added client counselling.
  • Track & manage hotel room block pick-up & attrition.
  • Manage event within client's SOP, policy parameters & SLA metrics.
  • Enter & update meeting information in systems.
  • Build & maintain relationships with event owners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an enterprise organisation managing significant events in large scale conference.
  • Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple, concurrent demanding initiatives and adhere to strict timelines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment across multiple time zones.
  • Experience in agency/supplier relationships management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of stakeholders including senior executives.
  • Working knowledge of Rainfocus registration platform or similar platform for large-scale event technology.
  • IT/Technology background would be desirable.
