As a Senior HR Executive (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Collaborate with business units to oversee the full employee lifecycle
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR and people-related advisory support
- Assist with workforce planning and resourcing to align with departmental requirements
- Work closely with Heads of Department on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention efforts
- Evaluate and enhance HR processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
