Job Scope:
- Partner business units in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle
- Provide first-line advisory support on HR and people-related matters
- Support manpower planning and resourcing strategies to meet departmental needs
- Partner Heads of Departments on talent acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required
- Min. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field
- Min. 3-4 years’ relevant experience in HR business partnering etc
- Experience as an HR Generalist in a healthcare setting/ Non profit organization is an advantage
