LA MEDICAL @ Novena Medical Centre ? Part-Time HR Executive
Looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and growing medical aesthetics environment.
Work Location : Novena Medical CentreWorking Hours : Monday, Wednesday & Friday (3 days per week)
10:00am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
Key Responsibilities- Apply and renew permits and passes
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment laws
- Handle staff onboarding and offboarding processes
- Process monthly payroll and leave records
- Calculate commissions and incentives accurately
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Liaise with government agencies when required
- Support basic accounting and administrative duties
Requirements:
- Previous HR experience is a must
- Familiar with Singapore MOM regulations and work pass applications
- Experience in payroll processing and commission calculations
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Meticulous, organized and able to work independently
- Experience in medical, beauty or healthcare industry will be an advantage
