Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and service-orientated Clinic Assistant to support daily operations at our clinic. The role involves patient registration, administrative duties, and assisting doctors with basic clinical procedures. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide excellent patient care and service.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and perform general administrative duties at the clinic.
- Attend to patients at the reception counter for registration, appointment scheduling, and payment processing.
- Assist doctors during consultations and perform basic clinical procedures such as visual acuity tests, uroflowmetry, venepuncture, and ECG.
- Provide financial counselling and explain billing matters to patients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the clinic, reception, and front counter areas.
- Handle patient feedback or complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
- Minimum GCE “O” Level, NITEC, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in any field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or cashiering preferred.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
