Clinic Assistant / Therapist

Responsibilities include:

1. Front desk reception duties

1. Therapist treatments

1. Assist doctor

1. Patient coordination & customer assistance

1. Treatment recommendation

1. General clinic duties

Maintain cleanliness, assist with daily operations, inventory management and support overall clinic workflow

• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an advantage
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Clinic Assistant / Therapist in an aesthetic clinic in Singapore preferred
• Candidates with no prior experience may be considered for a trainee position (training provided)
• Good spoken and written English (multilingual ability is an advantage)
• Well-groomed, professional, and patient-focused
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good attention to detail
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment

Salary:
