Clinic Assistant

We are a growing GP and Aesthetics clinic located at Thomson Plaza. As a combined medical facility, we are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Clinic Assistant to join our expanding team. This role offers an unique opportunity to work at in a primary care and aesthetic medicine setting

• Aesthetic & Clinical Support:
• Prepare treatment rooms for aesthetic procedures (e.g., lasers, injectables) and health screenings.
• Directly assist the doctor during clinical and aesthetic procedures, ensuring patient comfort.
• Explain post-treatment care and maintenance to aesthetic patients.
• Patient Experience & Front-of-House:
• Perform patient registration and manage appointment scheduling.
• Provide an approachable service to all visitors, reflecting our aesthetic brand
• Pharmacy & Inventory:
• Dispense medications accurately and manage skincare product inventory.
• Financial & Administrative Operations:
• Manage billing, handle payments, and coordinate CHAS/Medisave claims.

• Education: Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualification.
• Experience: Experience in healthcare or customer service (e.g., beauty, hospitality) is highly preferred.
• Passion for Wellness: A keen interest in skincare, beauty trends, and aesthetic treatments.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle patients with empathy and discretion.

• Location: Thomson Plaza (Upper Thomson MRT).
• Schedule: Flexible working days. Saturdays are required.
