Clinic assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to support patient registration, appointment management, billing, medication dispensing, and clinic upkeep during weekend shifts.

• Register patients accurately and manage appointment scheduling to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Process billing including handling CHAS subsidies and Medisave claims to support patient payments
• Assist the doctor with clinical tasks as needed to facilitate patient care
• Dispense medication following clinic protocols to ensure patient safety
• Take patient parameters (e.g., vital signs) to support clinical assessments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic to provide a safe and welcoming environment
• Use basic computer skills to perform data entry and appointment scheduling efficiently
• Communicate clearly and coordinate with patients and team members to enhance service delivery
• Work independently and collaboratively within the team to meet clinic objectives

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a clinic or outpatient healthcare setting
• Knowledge of billing processes involving CHAS subsidies and Medisave

Working hours:

• Every Saturday and Sunday
• Saturday 8am to 3pm
• Sunday 10am to 2pm
