REMOTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Based in Malaysia)

Job Summary:

This role requires work within the US time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services, build rapport, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Track and manage leads: Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients, including call notes and follow-up actions.
• Assist with administrative tasks: Perform other support duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• A proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Comfort and confidence in making outbound calls and engaging in sales conversations.
• Previous experience in cold calling or customer support is a plus.
• The ability to handle objections professionally and remain composed under pressure.
