Role Overview:
Our client is looking for a Clinical Specialist / Sales Representative / Product Specialist to champion a portfolio of interventional cardiology products across hospitals and heart centers. This role blends technical expertise, clinical education, and sales acumen, ideal for candidates who enjoy both the clinical and commercial side of medical device sales.
You’ll be responsible for case support in the cath lab, building key relationships with physicians, and driving product adoption across your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time clinical support during cath lab procedures, ensuring optimal product usage and patient outcomes.
- Deliver training and education to cardiologists, nurses, and technicians on product features, handling, and protocols.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in your territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, regulatory, and logistics.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in interventional cardiology, cath lab, or medical device sales/support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to educate and influence.
- Able to work independently, travel regularly, and adapt quickly in clinical environments.
- Passion for innovation and patient care, with a performance-driven mindset.
