REMOTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Based in Malaysia)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to support lead generation through outbound cold calling. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services, build rapport, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Track and manage leads: Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients, including call notes and follow-up actions.
- Assist with administrative tasks: Perform other support duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
- Comfort and confidence in making outbound calls and engaging in sales conversations.
- Previous experience in cold calling or customer support is a plus.
- The ability to handle objections professionally and remain composed under pressure.
