Job Summary:

  • Responsible for developing and executing trade plans that drive sales growth, profitability, and customer engagement for the company's FMCG products.
  • Maintain and track effective trade spend management
  • Support sales teams in executing trade initiatives and maintaining merchandising standards
  • Track and analyze price and promotion activities, including competitor analysis
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management in the Trade Planning & Management System
  • Support month-end close process and rebate calculations
  • Provide administrative support, including processing trade returns, purchase orders, and invoices

Job Scope:

Sales and Merchandising Support
  • To develop and maintain merchandising standards instore. This can include ensuring point of sales materials are properly setup, products are well-stocked and merchandise in compliant with Company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operation Team to ensure flawless execution of trade initiatives
  • Measure & review execution touchpoints & maintain PICOS tracker
Price and Promotion Tracking
  • Monthly tracking and compile all data through trade photos submitted by the sales team.
  • Work with sales teams and market data to gather competitors’ information (activity & pricing) and analysis
  • To maintain accurate documentation & reconciliation of Trade Spend, with detailed reports for tracking.
Support Trade Planning and Management System
  • Work with the Sales Team to ensure that all trade activities are accrued in the system
  • Support the Month end Close (MEC) process, to propose calculation of rebates and working with Trade Team to ensure accurate claims against accruals.
  • Maintain updated comprehensive system documentation, plans and reports.
  • Ensure accuracy of all relevant documentation and reports and to share with all relevant stakeholders.
Administrative Support
  • Process trade returns (GRN) & review
  • Provide general administrative support which may include processing of purchase orders and invoices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in ‘Project Management’, or Marketing / Business Administration/ Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 year of project coordination experience including internship
  • Experience with Exceedra System
  • Understanding/experience of FMCG and Trade promotion or FP&A and Supply Chain Operations is a plus
  • Good communication skills and Microsoft office
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work with data
  • Ability to organize self and work
  • Good in trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to multitask in the role with little supervision and many demands from many constituents.
  • Positive attitude and a desire to drive modern technologies and solutions

Additional Information:

  • Salary – S$4K + 1-month bonus
  • Contract duration: 12-month contract, extendable and convertible
  • Commencement Date: Immediate
  • Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Location: Bugis
