Events and Operations Executive | 5 Day Work Week | 8 Months Contract - Toa Payoh

Contract Duration: 8 months

Working Hours:

Mon–Thurs (8.30am to 6pm)

Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the full production cycle of Event planning, including:
• Preparations for theme launch
• Speaker invitations and registration launch
• Managing speakers and sponsors
• Liaising with supporting organisations
• Handling logistical and administrative tasks
• Providing other operational support as required

Requirements:

• Recognised Diploma or Degree in any discipline, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in event management
• Highly adaptable and versatile, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a sharp, analytical mind with initiative and drive
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being an effective team player
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders
